All items are made to order.

Guitar picks, pick cases, and leather pick holders: Processing takes about 2–5 business days.
Guitar pick necklaces: Processing takes about 7–10 business days.

We send a photo proof of the finished product for every order before shipping, so you can confirm the final result.

Response Time: After we send the photo proof, we will wait up to 24 hours for your reply.
Default Shipping: If we don’t hear back within 24 hours, we will ship the order as shown to avoid delays.
Changes: If you need changes, please contact us within the 24-hour window. Please keep an eye on your email after placing your order.
Agreement: By placing an order, you agree that if we do not receive a reply within 24 hours after sending the photo proof, the order will be shipped as shown.

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
