Ordering & Customization
No. You can check out as a guest.
Creating an account is optional and allows you to track orders more easily.
Select your favorite product and click "Create My One-of-One" to start customizing.
Most products: You can choose whether to add personalized engraving on the customization page. We will send you a Mockup preview within 24 hours, so you can see exactly how your custom text looks in your chosen font — production begins only after your approval.
Select products (e.g., Crown): A photo upload is required. You can upload it directly on the order page, or send it to us by email after placing your order. We will send you a Mockup preview within 24 hours, showing how your photo will look engraved on the headstock along with any engraved text — production begins only after your approval.
Please note: All previews are for reference only. Due to variations in natural wood grain, the final engraving may differ slightly from the Mockup.
If you have any special requests (such as symbols, spacing, or layout), please don't hesitate to contact us.
Non-custom orders: You may request cancellation within 12 hours, as long as the order has not shipped.
Custom orders: Once production begins, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you need an update, please contact us as soon as possible after purchase.
We can engrave most standard letters, numbers, and common punctuation.
Some special symbols or emojis may not be supported depending on the font and engraving limits. If you’re unsure, please contact us before checkout.
Handmade Products & Materials
Yes. All our products are handmade and made to order.
Because we use natural wood, grain and color variations are normal and part of the material’s character.
Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, or harsh chemicals.
Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth and keep the item in a dry environment.
Proofs, Production & Timing
Yes. We provide a photo proof of the finished product before shipping.
After the proof is sent, we will wait up to 24 hours for your reply.
If we do not receive a response within 24 hours, the order will be shipped as shown to avoid delays.
All items are made to order.
Guitar picks, pick cases, and leather pick holders: Processing takes about 3–5 business days.
Guitar pick necklaces: Processing takes about 7–10 business days.
Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
Yes. We offer worldwide shipping with tracking on all orders.
Delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by holidays or peak seasons.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.
These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update your address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear, especially for international shipments.
Please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery office.
If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll assist you in contacting the carrier.
Returns, Refunds & Issues
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Clear photos of the item
Photos of the outer packaging (including the shipping label, if possible)
We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Custom / personalized items: Final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, except for damage, defects, or our production errors.
Non-custom items (if applicable): Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Buyer’s remorse or incorrect customization details provided by the buyer are not eligible for refunds.
Privacy & Personal Data
No. Customer-provided images and customization details are used for production only and are not displayed publicly.
We do not sell personal information, and we share data only with Shopify and service providers required to process payments and ship orders.
